Photographer Partnership Agreement

Photographer / Studio Information

The agreement asks for a few basics to identify the partnership:

• Photographer name
• Studio / business name
• Business address
• Email and phone

Design Ownership & License

Volume & Package Pricing

The agreement lets each Photographer choose the pricing structure that fits their volume:

• Standard per-album pricing (no volume discount)
• Volume tier: 5+ albums per year
• Volume tier: 10+ albums per year
• Custom negotiated rate

Specific rates are agreed and recorded when the agreement is signed.

Marketing & Portfolio Usage

Depending on what's agreed, the Photographer may:

• Feature finished album designs in their own marketing and portfolio
• Use co-branding on covers and pages (Crafted Memories + Photographer logo)
• Be asked to credit Crafted Memories Photo Albums LLC as printer/designer

Term & Termination

This agreement takes effect on the date signed and remains in effect until terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice by email.

Acknowledgment

By signing, the Photographer confirms they have read and agree to this Partnership Agreement, our Terms and Conditions, and our Copyright & Photo Rights Policy, and that they have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of their business.

The agreement includes signature and date lines for both the Photographer and a Crafted Memories representative.
