How Our Custom Album Design Process Works

We are not a, do your own design shop. Instead our custom album design process is a stress-free enjoyable one stop shop experience.  To begin your project, a non-refundable $50 Administration Service Fee is required at checkout. This fee is not the final album price — it simply starts the collection of photos, review and consultation process.Once your order is placed, a Crafted Memories representative will personally contact you to guide you through every step, including:

Choosing all album components

  • Album size & number of sheets
  • Paper type
  • Binding style (SH Pro / Indi Pro Layflat / Indi Pro Flexi Layflat)
  • Cover material (suede, leather, acrylic, fabric, etc.)
  • Album box & carry bag
  • Scanning, editing, or design requirements

 Reviewing your photos

  • Up to 200 images included in the base fee
  • Additional photos: $25 per 50 images
  • Optional photo scanning & restoration

 Once you approve the digital layout draft, our custom album design process transmit your approved design to our high-end print bindery, where it is transformed into a luxury Custom Layflat Photo Album built to stand the test of time.

Receiving your custom quote

Your final album price depends on:

  • Paper type
  • Printing style
  • Number of pages
  • Cover design
  • Box & bag
  • Binding
  • Custom Add-Ons

A full, itemized quote will be provided once all selections are made.

 Payment, Design and Printing

To begin the design and production process, we require:

  • The $50 Base Service Fee (paid at checkout)
  • 50% advance payment
  • The remaining 50% balance will be charged before the Album is printed
  • Due payment must be made in full before the album is printed.
  • Once the Album is printed, the actual album price becomes non-refundable
  • The shipping fee will be charged and must be paid before the album is shipped.
