Service Information and Accuracy

We make every effort to provide accurate service descriptions, pricing, and product details; however, availability and turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity, customer requirements, printing partners, and shipping conditions. We reserve the right to modify pricing, service offerings, and turnaround times without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Crafted Memories Photo Albums LLC is not responsible for:

Loss or damage to customer-submitted digital files during transmission or processing
Printing or color variations inherent to different print labs and printing processes
Delays caused by shipping carriers, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customer-provided images that are low-quality, corrupted, or copyright-restricted
Damage occurring during shipping (which may be claimed through the carrier)
Damage occurring after delivery to the customer
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or sentimental value

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

File Retention and Customer Responsibility

We do not retain customer files after project completion unless specifically requested in writing for a defined period. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of all original files, submitted images, and approved designs. We strongly recommend customers keep copies of all files before, during, and after the project completion.

Image Quality and Printing

We will assess image quality during the design process and notify customers of potential issues with source file resolution or quality. However, final print quality depends on the resolution and quality of customer-provided files. Customer approval of digital proofs releases us from liability for errors, quality issues, or design elements in final printed products.

Copyright and Content Responsibility

By using this website and placing an order, you acknowledge that you are submitting your own images or have full rights, licenses, and permissions to use them for the intended purpose. The Company is not liable for copyright violations, privacy violations, or any legal claims arising from customer-provided content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crafted Memories Photo Albums LLC from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your submission of unauthorized, copyrighted, or restricted content.

Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, custom album templates, and creative work produced by Crafted Memories Photo Albums LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing through a separate contract or license agreement.

Limited Warranty

We guarantee that albums will be free from manufacturing defects (such as binding failures, printing errors, or material defects) at the time of shipment. Any manufacturing defect claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. This warranty does not cover:

Damage during shipping (claim through carrier)
Damage after delivery
Normal wear and tear
Misuse or improper handling
Issues resulting from low-quality source images

Third-Party Services

We use third-party printing partners and shipping carriers to fulfill orders. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for their actions, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control. We will work with customers to resolve issues arising from third-party service providers.

Portfolio and Marketing Use

We may request permission to feature completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. Customer consent will be obtained through our Photo & Album Usage Release Form before any public display of work containing identifiable people or private content.

Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary by location, carrier, and service level selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs (if applicable), or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Applicable state and local taxes will be added at checkout where required.

International shipping is not currently available.

Business Services

For photographers, studios, or commercial clients, separate terms may apply as outlined in our Photographer Partnership Agreement or custom service contracts negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from our services or this website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bell COUNTY, Texas.

Alternatively, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration under the Texas Arbitration Act or the rules of the American Arbitration Association, at the Company’s discretion, except for small claims court matters under $10,000.
